If You need an invitation letter for Your VISA application, please send an email to secretariat@isscwr11-pisa2025.com indicating:

 

• Full name as per Your passport
• Date and place of birth
• Your passport number
• Your passport issue date
• Your passport expiry date
• Your residence country
• Your private home address
• Your arrival and departure dates
• The name of Your Company/Institute/University/etc.
• Your role in Your Company/Institute/University/etc.
• Name, address and check-in/out dates of Your Hotel/b&b/etc.
• Person or institution that will cover Your travel, board and lodging expenses

Once received the email we will prepare and send You the related invitation letter.
