11th International Symposium on SCWRs (ISSCWR-11)

The International Symposium on SCWRs is providing a forum for researchers, engineers, as well as industrial professionals to present their research results and development activities in SCWR areas covering core, fuel and reactor design, materials, coolant chemistry, corrosion, thermal-hydraulics, safety analysis, balance of the plant systems and other corresponding technologies.
PARTICIPATION IN SIDE EVENTS IN THE DAYS FEBRUARY 6-7, 2025 IS FREE OF CHARGE AND RESTRICTED TO DESIGNATED PARTICIPANTS.

Conference registration fee does not include accommodation, airport/railway station transfer and social dinner.
A maximum of two social dinner tickets per person can be purchased during the registration procedure.
Social dinner cost: € 55,00 per person

Full Cancellation:
Cancellation of a registration will be subject to the following conditions:
Until 31 October: refund of full amount
Until 31 December: refund of the paid amount less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid
From 1 January: no refund
Miscellaneous:
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
Changes, postponement and cancellation:
Given serious cause, the organizers are entitled to postpone (modify the dates), to curtail the duration, or to cancel the onsite event. In the event of complete or part postponement or curtailment, the registration is regarded as valid for a possible new date and new duration for the said onsite event.
All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
